The wood used comes from various sources, mostly bought from a small company in Martock, Somerset but often gifted from customers or fellow crafts people or country folk who find themselves with surplus quantities. I have been fortunate to find Acacia, Hornbeam. Honduras Mohogany, Holly, Oak, Sweet Chestnut, Cedar, Yew and Greenheart amongst them.
